Re: Wildblue Sucks I have had Wild-blue for less than a year, and I absolutely hate them. I wish I didn't live in such a remote area that I needed them. As it turned out that metro cast came out and put a tower near our house, when I tried to cancel my plan with Wild-Blue, they said I owed them almost six hundred dollars for cancelling early! So I'm stuck with slow internet, and bad customer service! Whats even worse, is that the modem we are renting from them stopped working one day, and Wild-blue told me that they would charge me $90 just to come and look at it...NOT fix the damn thing! I just wonder how they are still in business. |
