DirecTV doesn't own NFL Sunday Ticket, that comes from the NFL, who are not a cable company.

DirecTV doesn't own NFL Sunday Ticket, that comes from the NFL, who are not a cable company.

Yes, it's exclusive, MSG is not. BTW, the name's been changed to The Audience Network.
