jw55505 : Competition is good. Deception is bad. I get calls from my clients asking "why am I getting this *bill* from DRoA?" "Why do I have to pay more?" DRoA's marketing tactics are deceptive in my opinion. That comes across to me as a company that is desperate and willing to do anything to get into your pocket. Show's me their focus is on the bottom line and not the customer. That's why I won't switch. Why doesn't DRoA use that same ink and paper to tells us why their services are better, more affordable and how their support is better than all others?? If they used that approach instead of sending me something that makes it appear I owe them money, I would consider using their services. First impressions are everything. DRoA did not do a good job with me.
