Any biz users with Telepacific service in San Diego?

We decided to consolidate our phone, toll-free, and internet services into one account. Our broker gave us a quote from Telepacific (he doesn't work for them, it's just the company he recommended). 12 phone lines, toll-free, and 5x5 internet all comes to $999/mo which is about $400 savings over what we have been paying to AT&T and TimeWarner. I read some mixed reviews about this company but they were either old or not from San Diego. I was wondering if are there any business users here in San Diego who are getting any services from TelePacific? Your answer is much appreciated. Thank you.

I worked at a place in Chula Vista about a dozen years ago who switched from Pac Bell to Telepacific and was happy with the change. This is only to say that they've been a CLEC in San Diego for a number of years...

we've had Telepacific service (T1 lines & voice) for about 4 years now. Never any problems, I've just always wondered if it was a little expensive. We have 6 phone lines, no toll-free, what does 5x5 internet mean? We pay about $500/mo.
