| [page error] Los Angeles Speedtest server is not in Los Angeles. Not sure if this was done on purpose or it used to be in L.A. and wasn't updated. I know that linkline does have facilities in data centers both in Ontario (and Los Angeles) as I once contacted them about co-location many years ago.
Their Ontario, CA Data Center is around 6-7 miles from where I live and it is over 45 miles from L.A. The speedtest server is actually hosted out of their Ontario facility. This is evident from both the latency and the DNS.
My colo'd box has peering with linkline and as usual its under 0.5ms latency as its in L.A. but another 1ms or so of latency is added doing the trek down to Ontario which is about right for the distance. With a direct connection to a server in Irvine I also see about the same latency (Irvine is a little farther from L.A.).
Here is the traceroute:
traceroute to host-66-59-227-169.static.linkline.com (66.59.227.169), 30 hops max, 46 byte packets

Not a big deal I suppose but just thought I would mention it.
