 cl @comcast.net | Crooks who won't let me cancel The service never worked and they REFUSE to cancel my service or even respond to the many tickets I have submitted on the cancellation. I sat on their phone support for 20 minutes before I was told that billing would get back to me. They would not let me talk to anyone in billing and there was no manager to speak to.
Total scam. Avoid them like the plague. |

 | I totally agree with you, some one hacked in to their server and made calls from my number and they refuse to accept that. Not only that they pulled money from my CC for all those international calls which I was not responsible at all. Stay away from them. |

 | reply to cl Bummer to hear... I've used them for 2 years and had nothing but great support from them. I just renewed for another 2 years happily.
I'm not saying you didn't have a bad experience, I'm just making sure people reading this know that there are good experiences too and they aren't just scamming people. |
