executive customer relations/service
Hi everyone, I have been having an ongoing problem (over a year) with my .net and .com accounts not being able to merge. I have tried e-center phone support, chat, tech support, posting in the direct forums, posting at verizon forums and on twitter. None of these resources have been able to resolve my problem so I figure my last resort is the executive customer relations service number that is posted here in the forums.
For those of you who have had to call this number, what have been your experiences, rates of success?
