Dude, dump this VMUSA "service" like the piece of crap that it is. I finally cut my losses and went with T-Mobile. What a huge difference. 8 Mbps downstream almost all the time, at minimum 2 Mbps up, 30 bucks for 1 GB prepaid, and the mobile hotspot is only 130 bucks. Most important, I never have to ask myself every time I turn on the device, "will it work this time?"
