| Same Boat. been with Colba net since 2010.
service was not working on for a couple days
called Tech..spoke to Francois and he was like you need to try another modem or cable .. who always has a spare modem? does the normal internet home user have a spare modem.
they said they 'll to check the line but it will take forever.

as per the 5meters phone cord, this definatly can be an issue, it sux to give a bad review and blast someone only because you did not feel like testing what he asked you to test and could have fixed your issue, but this is your call  | |
