New Durham, NH | I believe its because i *think* they have to pass everything onto the plant, but their contract may not have to have that channel on the boxes.
Just like the previous thread about QAM channels, there are a bit that are not on the boxes (Qubo, ION Life, This Boston).
Is 9.2 on clear QAM now? I haven't had a chance to rescan.
