Re: How is this Legal? How can they legally? I have no clue. Of course, the *reason* behind it is that they can bully small businesses who have purchased an off-the-shelf wi-fi router into settling out of court since it would be cheaper than fighting a long legal battle. (See: RIAA settlements.)
If they went right after Linksys, Apple and other companies that make wi-fi devices, they'd quickly find themselves ground into patent troll dust. -- -Jason Levine |
