[CATV] New CableCARD won't pair with HDHomeRun Prime

After a few calls into support, and no results other than rolling a truck next Monday (the techs were great, just couldn't get it working), the CableCard install is very close with success status and clear QAM channels working, but the card is still not paired with the Prime, so for encrypted channels I just get the "not subscribed" message.
.
Below is CableCard info - note that all looks fine, except the pairing:

Good luck!

Charter tried a half dozen times to get my CableCARD 1.0 working several years ago with my previous HDTV (Samsung DLP). Charter did nothing to try and solve the problem of it not authorizing. I ended up getting a newer TV out of the deal from Samsung, but it did not support CableCARD so I returned the CableCARD and just didn't pay for Cable TV.

If you get the CableCARD working, please let us know. I'm interested in the HDHomeRun Prime myself but my bad experience with Charter is keeping me away.

This is now resolved:

The local advanced tech guy came by today (same guy I've had for other Charter issues) and he simply installed a new card, called the office to add it to the account, paired it with the HDHomeRun Prime (using the new CableCARD ID and existing Host ID & Data #), and sent a hit to it. After that, "Con:" was set to "Yes" and I could receive the channels I was subscribed to.

Took about 5-10 mins and all was well.

Weird thing is, the hardware and firmware are the same on the new card as the old one - go figure:
