Your numbers look respectable for the speeds you have. The only strange thing is that Upstream Rate of 800 kbps. I'm not an expert on this but depending on who your ISP is, I'm more used to seeing 768K. If that is an anomaly, then your line might not be built correctly.

On the Broadband Statistics page, you didn't post the "Collected for xx days HH:MM:SS. If that is a rather short time, then I'd be concerned about the number of errors you are getting.

Short of everything else looking ok, there was another link speaking to a weakened 2wire power supply causing seemingly intermittent connection drops.

It was collected over 8 days its in my 2nd? post sorry i should have put it again
I'll try changing the power supply like it said in other posts
