I thought this year they got it right. The person even wrote notes in my account saying online included. Turns out they were charging me $2.99 a month for the last 3 months. I had to waste 20 minutes calling them up to fix it. They refunded what I paid and then credited my account so that I will not get charged for online for the next year. XM never gets the billing right. After dropping BBC I seriously doubt I will renew next year. I can make better playlists on my mp3 player so all they have left that is worth paying for is CNN and MSNBC for when I am on a road trip. (which I only do like twice a year) I will also never understand who is picking their top 20 hits, it never makes any sense why many of the songs are on that list. -- ...brought to you by Carl's Jr.
