gariac join:2004-01-30 Fremont, CA | Megapath has no published prices. Am I getting screwed? Oh pity me, I went from Covad to Speakeasy (when it didn't suck) to now Megapath (which is like the speakeasy of late). Now a few years ago I figured out that Speakeasy changed their plans and I was being ripped for $10 a month. I got the plan changed. Now I see Speakeasy/Megapath has no real published prices but rather "starting at" blah blah blah. This seems like a system built for abuse. I supposed I could request a quote, then they would look me up and quote me what I am paying. Doh! Worse yet, say I am being undercharged. Or I could use a fake address to get a quote.
Am I the only person bugged by this lack of a pricing policy? |
