Joliet, IL | Both times are bad (been down them many times at these times) but the evening I find to be worse. Route 83 is a possibility but not sure on traffic at those times. Never tried it. |

Little traffic? I hope he is not going 290-53-to Lake Cook. I have seen Lake Cook Rd East backed up almost to Dundee Rd on 53 at 7am. |
