Don't really know

Hard to search it down, found info from CBS for Boston

If it fell off a truck/transport, you would need info on who was hauling it. If it was part of road construction, then need to know who was doing the work.

In any case, your insurance should cover depending on deductible, but that is a lousy way to have to go.

Geez - 2 flats

We hit a chunk of concrete one night on 97 a couple of months ago. It bent the rim. Luckily no one was hurt and the other drivers around us were paying attention and slowed down so we could get to the right.

We paid out of pocket for ours.
