Thanks, but there is absolutely no way I will shop at Walmart. I turned down a lucrative contract with them 20 years ago because I was convinced their business model would cause great harm to the American economy, and I was right. I guess I will have to mosey up to Adams Morgan and Columbia Heights in search of them. Oh...there's also a huge latino supermarket somewhere around Oxon Hill. I'll have to check that out, too.

Safeway has/had them as 'Belgian Waffles', square and thick, at least a few months ago, under their own brand; freezer aisle near all other frozen waffles/treats/bagles...? But definitely not anymore?

That was where I last bought them. Safeway corporate said "we don't carry them any longer, but we will pass along your suggestion to the frozen foods product team."

I don't understand why all of the chains around here stopped carrying them. It seems like Eggo is the prime product, followed by Aunt Jemima. The store brands get even less shelf space. Eggos are bland and are too airy.

I'd think the packing costs would cheaper for the square ones, if they both come in square box.

Anyone know where to get Kashi Mountain Medley cereal?
