2 customers is hardly anything to them. For every 1 customer that leaves 3 more probably sign up in their place. And they'd rather deal with the new non-crying customers than the ones that cry about everything and the ones that hit their caps.

I was not that close to hitting their caps:

Nor did I whine about it; I just acted.

I figured they don't care. They don't have to care! They are "The Phone Company!!!

But they do have Paxio and Sonic.net, LLC starting to spread fiber in their S.F. Bay Area territory. They may have to care in a few more years.

In general, the lack of competition encourages companies like Suddenlink to be complacent. It is the nature of marketing; when you own the market, as Suddenlink does, you get to call the shots.
