Thanks for passing the info on to Cory Lynn.
I got the call from him, he said Bell has now put me into the master ticket of a wider outage but no ETA even though it is at the highest priority.

Can you see if that is noted into my profile because I didn't get a chance to ask him.

Yes it is noted. It is now in Bells hands so hopefully they can fix this problem as there is nothing more we can do unfortunately.

I'm trying to request my refund back as this is a Bell issue and not a problem on my end, Cory from Lvl 2 Acanac tech told me this.
With no ETA on Bell's end, I don't see why you can't give me my refund back?

Lynn/Fergless, I've posted on your acanac forum, but thought I post here to get the wheels going again as this is really ridiculous and to let everyone know what the situation is.

I need my refund for services not working and not being fixed.

I see on your account they put another ticket in for a refund. I am talking to someone now trying to find out for you where they are at with this.

Edward I checked to make sure it was done for you and they are sending you a refund of $211.96 + $72.32. Now this was just finalized the day before Christmas and we were of the 26th and 27th. Today is our first day back so give it some time but you will receive the check/checks.

I know I've been asked to wait 2-3 weeks, counting your last post of December 28, it's been one week.

Though when I went home Friday December 23, 2011, there was no more connection on my dsl line anymore.

I'm assuming a cheque was sent out on December 28th, 2011 or what?

Yes but remember it is only 6 business days since then and we were closed on the 2nd for the holiday so that leaves 5 days. I know they said the checks were printed out and they just had to be signed by the owner so you should have this check any day now.
