Is anybody else having problems with Tor network today?

I've been wondering the same thing. If I specify an exit node, Tor stalls indefinitely. But if I leave it to its own random devices, it does work. Unfortunately I'm using Tor specifically because I can choose the exit node.
Wondering if anyone has any suggestions. ???

It's back up for me now WITH a StrictExitNode set. I'm simply trying to pinpoint the cause of the outage now. Gathering any data from other persons who were similarly affected during that time period would be helpful.
