| [Mobile] AT&T extended my upgrade eligability by another year. Well with the iphone 4s coming out tomorrow i figured i should make sure i was eligable for and upgrade i had earlier this year texted at&t using the *639# and it said i was eligible for an upgrade on the first of this year....Now its saying i won't have an upgrade until the 4/01/12.
I called AT&T and the customer service rep said that each time payment was not posted on time they would add on another month onto my account and that as long as i make payments on time i can get a new iphone in 2012.
Is this normal or did i just get a bad rep? |
