I called TW about my cable bill and dropped HBO. Then I ended up getting the saves dept. and got a 6mo. promo rate for my Earthlink internet service also. It had been a year since my last promo rate so they gave it to me. Just thought I'd post as a reminder to anyone else that may want to try for the promo rate. Western Ohio TW area.
I am in the same boat on OH. My cable bill has just gone throught the roof this month. Can you share the promo rate that you got for Eartlink Internet as well as for the rest of the cable package?

TW billing, I dropped HBO. It went from 12.99 to 14.99 . Didn't watch it enough anyway. The converter boxes went up a dollar each (have 4) and the DVR service went up a dollar also. The Digital Cable Package went up $5. I am not pleased but I will deal with it.
