How many others hate the "Roving PENNDOT Crews"???

Your on either I-95, The Schuykill, The Blue Route, etc. in and around Philly and its not rush hour but the highway is backed up.

Why???
It could be an accident or a breakdown slowing things down but NO. Its the dreaded "Roving PENNDOT Crews"!!!

How come they do not run these crews at night?? Something like 10 pm to 6 am. Sure they probably have to pay extra for the manpower. Running at night, to me anyway, seems to make more sense. IMHO it would be safer for the crews when less traffic is on the road and for sure it would eliminate the delays. Plus instead of 6-10 trucks creeping along the road, maybe they could use less at night.

I could go on but thats all. :)
