| Rates.... Doesn't look it's too easy to cancel..tried the other day...lady agreed with me that service sucks with them, getting rid of some well enjoyed stations. Convinced me to stay on for half year at $40 for the 6 months, taxes and fee's in.
They must really, really need to keep their customers if they are going for such low retainers.

kudos:1 | I "tried" to cancel, I say tried since my wife channel she likes is still there. I told them of ALL my alternative, iphone, mp3s, pandora, slacker, last fm. I couldn't justify paying 100+ for a service that basically stays in my car. They gave me the same $77 for a year. But they couldn't or wouldn't budge on the online for free. |
