In other words, the concert is impinging on the property that the factory owns and impacting the factory's use of its own property. But lightsquared isn't impinging on gps allocated spectrum. It is staying within its own allocated spectrum. Incorrect. The GPS spectrum includes all the doppler-shifted satellite-to-ground frequencies. The Lightsquared spectrum does not, as originally allocated, include the ground-to-ground spectrum that they want to use, nor the doppler-shifted satellite transmission area in the reception zone, until FCC got corrupted with this. |
