| Cannot dial Europe? Do you mean by "Cannot dial Europe" that you are having a technical problem, or is it just that the rates are too high?
Take a look at Localphone. Once set up, you dial a unique number in e.g. Ottawa for each contact and it rings them directly, without having to enter a PIN or their number. Rates to landlines are very low, though mobile rates are high (imposed by the European mobile carriers).
