Here in Australia we have TIO an Ombudsman. Every time we file a complaint against an ISP the company pays per complaint to TIO for a certain amount (with bases of course why you filed a complaint). Amount increase on every level of complaint. I don't know if US has this kind of ombudsman. -- Hala Madrid!
