Anyone have luck with cradlepoints?

I currently have a cricket EC1705 that goes to my computer to my wireless router to share internet to the household. The only con of doing this is that the computer has to be on and connected to the internet before anyone around the house can use it. Ive been looking into cradlepoints for a while, espically one with a ethernet port or so on the back. Since they are a bit pricey, my question is are they any good/easy to set up? Awhile back I bought one of these encore mobile broadband wireless router »www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a···33180064 and it was a PITA to try to set up. It was asking for username, passwords and numbers to dial, which I didnt know.

Ive been looking around and none of the cradlepoints say they are compatible with my cricket ec1705. Ive been looking around to see how I can set one up manually but no luck, thought I would chime in here.

The Cradlepoint MBR95 is a good router, easy to setup, and IS compatible with the EC1705

I use one as well, it's a good router for the most part, but I think it could be better. I just ordered the Airlink 3G router, which is a more simple router. It doesn't have very much compatibility with a lot of modems, am I am not sure if it works with the cricket. The Airlink is like a Netgear/Linksys type with simple configurations. I will compare it with the MBR-1000 to see if it has any performance difference.

If you go with a cradlepoint, make sure to get the new models, with NetBSD or whatever.
