I have the 6120 . Im getting all lights on except for the link light. The recieve is blue so i am bonded and it is getting signal from service, rcn. I can not get into menu of modem, it keeps telling me that service was reset. Dont know whats wrong. I can ping my nic so that seems ok.
Anyone got any ideas? Rcn say signal is going to modem.
