A spoiler is there for you not to see the text. This "bug" in effect saves you the trouble of getting overly curious and thus saves you from actually seeing the text.
It's a feature. Be glad that it's free. |

The point is to obfuscate the text, not to make it completely inaccessible for mobile users. How is it a "feature" that browser users can see spoilers and mobile users can't?

I use CSS in my browser to do this by default:

It's simple and shouldn't present a problem for anyone (except make the color contrast based on the theme being used [so, not always 'white']).
