Re: Seems decent so far. yep overloaded towers is probably the main issue, but I have the same issues on my cell phone also so it's nothing unusual. They should just cap everyone at say Mbps. Mine does sometimes get slow at night but at least so far I have not had any disconnecting or other issues that I do have regularly on the dsl line. The reason I got clear was due to the unreliability of the at&t dsl and it being down frequently when my kids are here and wanting to play warcraft. I tried 3 different routers and the tech came out, no difference. It will be fine for several days then start screwing up and dcing for half the day or just connect and disconnect every few min, really irritating to say the least. So even though the clear service does get slow on occasion at least it has been reliable and even at the slower speeds a game like WoW plays just fine(even with 2 on at the same time). |
