jh2010 join:2009-09-03 Brooklyn, NY	reply to Night0wl Nothing special is required. If your modem is not DOCSIS 3 then it will need to be upgraded. I already had a DOCSIS 3 cable modem(and my own router) so it was done over the phone. When I got home it was working at 30/5 speeds.

jh2010 join:2009-09-03 Brooklyn, NY 2 edits	reply to Night0wl I am using an SB6120 and they just upgraded me on the spot(from Turbo to Extreme). The online Chat people said it didn't exist yet. I just checked and the number I called was 718-358-0900. I am in Brooklyn Zip 11209. There are a bunch of planned outage for NYC this week. Maybe one of these will provide you with the new service. see »help.rr.com/hmslogic/network_status.aspx for more details. My SB6120 is now asking me for a password. Anyone know what the default password is? hope this helps
