They have better things to do and will mumble and grumble under their breath but not do anything about it. If you don't pay the bill Verizon reports you to credit agencies. If you dispute it, credit agency will see multi billion dollar corporation vs. Regular dinkus customer and will award it in their favor. Similar to Verizon and the $1.99 charge.
