| Unbelievable lack of cutomer service! My wife is going to lose her job because her employer cannot keep her on staff because we can't get relible internet for her to work!
I am so angry at Skybeam right now!
We pay a lot of money for the home business plan, have been out since Friday, while our nighbors internet has been working, and still can't get anyone to ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE at Skybeam!
Contact me please Skybeam, it is no trivial matter that my wife is going to lose her job over this!
