| 20.0 Internet Only Pricing in Lexington Sorry, I need to vent. Insight's pricing drives me crazy. I got the postcard in the mail... my price guarantee is expiring and now I'll be going into the Insight Rewards program. Still a discount but not as much. I called Insight since I only have Internet and I thought I was already paying full price. They informed me that I'm paying full price for the 10.0 but I've been getting the 20.0 for the deep discount of $10.
Now, I'll be paying $14 for the 20.0 and $51 for the 10.0 service. Total of $65 for Internet only. It just seems overpriced. I tried mentioning Windstream and asked the rep to check for other deals but I got nothing.
Any ideas how I can get a discount? I know I can drop down to the 10.0 but you would think Insight would actually reward their current customers.

I just got a notice in my bill that the 10.0 rate is increasing by $3 to $54 per month starting in January 2012. Now its going to be $68 for 20.0 Internet only. I guess prices have no where to go but up! |
