Users in mass have been complaining for over a year now that Sprint's 3G network has been degrading more and more.
Sprint as of late has been spending its money on press releases and its public fight with AT&T over the pending acquisition of T-Mobile USA. As a company already cash poor it sounds to me that they are not investing their cash in the interest of its customers or shareholders.
The iPhone is the kind of device that brings to life (very publicly) the network deficiencies of the host network. Sprint has now been exposed and will work feverishly through more PR's how it's "working with Apple to address the issue," when in reality they are scrambling to find cash to boost bandwidth in the areas most capacity constrained. |
