<description><![CDATA[nanaki333 posted : you jinxed me!  my EoC went down today, submitted a ticket.  heard nothing all day.  service just went down again and came back after 5 minutes ago.  now i have 17% packet loss.  i'm supposed to unplug router (which is a 1U server running pfsense) to plug a computer in to troubleshoot.  1 of my pairs are bad AGAIN. <br><br>Ping statistics for 4.2.2.2:<br>    Packets: Sent = 35, Received = 29, Lost = 6 (17% loss),<br>Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:<br>    Minimum = 30ms, Maximum = 30ms, Average = 30ms<br><br>*sigh* i can't wait for my contract to be up.  freaking fios is going to neighboring buildings but not mine!  argh!]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[nanaki333 posted : 2 tickets submitted and several phone calls.  All result in "somebody will get back to you shortly", which ends with us having to call back again the next day because... Surprise... Nobody gets back to us.  Tickets have not been updated.  I actually JUST submitted another ticket requesting somebody look at our previous ticket.  <br><br>A DID should not take 6 days to setup.  This is utterly pathetic. ]]></description>
