Working for Tier 2

How would I go about contacting someone to get employed with Tier 2? Or interviewed, etc. I work for Tier 1 currently and I feel that I am more inclined to work for Tier 2 support. I'm very interested more so in the stuff that Tier 2 does versus Tier 1. I appreciate any feedback, thanks!

Try using the "AT&T Direct" forum right here. (See link on top somewhere).

But... if you already work for AT&T, shouldn't you know how to contact tier 2 support? (I mean, if you don't.... does that mean you never ever have, or are allowed to escalate anything to tier 2?)

Unless thay have expanded the Tier 2 centers, they were located in Milwaukee, Dallas, and Phoenix as of last time I was there. Tier 2 is a mix of AT&T employees (blue badges) and contractors. As for the OP's current interaction with Tier 2, it probably is minimal. During my stint with Tier 2, most of the calls from Tier 1 were cold transferred due to a large queue to speak with a Tier 2 rep. Unless things have improved, I wouldn't wish the Tier 2 job on my worst enemy. Just my 2 cents, but best of luck to you.
