you jinxed me! my EoC went down today, submitted a ticket. heard nothing all day. service just went down again and came back after 5 minutes ago. now i have 17% packet loss. i'm supposed to unplug router (which is a 1U server running pfsense) to plug a computer in to troubleshoot. 1 of my pairs are bad AGAIN.

Ping statistics for 4.2.2.2:
Packets: Sent = 35, Received = 29, Lost = 6 (17% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 30ms, Maximum = 30ms, Average = 30ms

*sigh* i can't wait for my contract to be up. freaking fios is going to neighboring buildings but not mine! argh!
