Re: Submitted request for new DID on the 19th you jinxed me! my EoC went down today, submitted a ticket. heard nothing all day. service just went down again and came back after 5 minutes ago. now i have 17% packet loss. i'm supposed to unplug router (which is a 1U server running pfsense) to plug a computer in to troubleshoot. 1 of my pairs are bad AGAIN.
