We had lifetime warranty but apparently that is a joke since they seem to be out of business. They closed the Mukulteo store and chapter 11. But reorganized in Oregon. I just tried all their numbers on the web site and they are disconnect.
its a long shot but does anyone know who made the windows.
reply to W7PSK WHEN were they made? were they "raw"? ie glass units made to fit existing wood framing or complete windows into standard openings. don't know Penquin specificially most raw units were made in tacoma, and MANY companies "finished"/assembled them into completed units.
Penquin Windows a few years ago was listed for NY WA and OR 2 years ago WA (listed as headquarters) and OR and now OR only. Afraid this is a company running away from its problems, so any warranty is worthless, but you might get the WA AG to push the OR AG to get some info.
reply to W7PSK They are Vinyl windows with Double panes. The bottom of one of the windows Cracked that holds the Pivot pin (they fold out to clean). Also I have a picture window that is coming apart that they have replaced before.
