Worst service ever since ...

We were using a great ISP who was bought out by SkyBeam ... the first few month were okay but it started going down hill from there ... first only once in a while a problem, then more frequently to the point of loosing a job working from home as it was down so much. Then this year, 2011 it has been down more than working and the past 3 months have been just horrible. I keep calling and asking them to adjust my bill for service not received but, am told that once the problem is fixed they will give one discount or that we can subscribe to a lesser service (we are paying for the fastest speed now), I've heard this for the past several months. Now when we call tech support all we get is a recording that the following counties are having problems, Name of County, and then the recording starts over ... that they are having degradation problems and that they're sorry of any inconvenience. Classes are so sporadic I can't understand them. I feel we are getting no where with this company. Have done research and see that they are a part of JAB Broadband and will see if I can contact them next.
