Not to mention if he's with another provider now and he has a contract BHN will help buy him out of his term contract.
Since he already has internet through Brighthouse, isn't he exempt from this offer? I've been told this by many reps that you can't have any services at all with BHN to qualify for that offer.

Gigahurtz you are correct if he has BHN internet. I may have missed that and my apologies if I did. Now this would exclude him from the buyout offer it does not exclude him from other specials that may apply.
