Since he already has internet through Brighthouse, isn't he exempt from this offer? I've been told this by many reps that you can't have any services at all with BHN to qualify for that offer.

Gigahurtz you are correct if he has BHN internet. I may have missed that and my apologies if I did. Now this would exclude him from the buyout offer it does not exclude him from other specials that may apply.

I still agree completely that he should switch back to BHN. With your help, I'm sure he can get his issue that he had back in 2005 resolved.
