| Wild blue service If they are suggesting you let a tech come and look at your system it is possible the satellite dish has been moved by wind, etc. Mine was out once, I think a deer crashed into it. I raised it up high enough they could walk under if before I called the service guy. There is a free time limit when there should NOT be a fee for visiting. When I had trouble they ran me through a system check first, so I assume they already did that. If you are past the initial warrant with a free visit the fee will depend on the independent installer. Get a price quote from him over the phone and tell him you are recording it. If any component has failed you should NOT have to pay for it or the service call. If your dish has moved off the satellite considered reinforcing it somehow.
Wild blue is still cheaper then Hughesnet. |
