Just found this! Try it on your device, this is for the X2.

1. From a home screen, select App menu (located in the lower right).
2. Select Emergency Alerts.
3. Select Menu.

4. Select Settings.
5. Select Receive alerts.
6. Select any of the following:
Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
Note Presidential-level alert cannot be disabled.
* Extreme alert
* Severe alert
* AMBER alert
7. Select Back.
Back
8. Select Alert reminder.
9. Select one of the following:
* Once
* Every 2 Minutes
* Every 15 Minutes
* Off (default)
10. Select Alert vibrate.
Note Enabled when a check mark is present.

I think that did it! I never saw/noticed that app before. That seems to be the fix I was looking for. Hopefully, we'll see. Thanks' Corona!
