Every 34 days he would walk a 365 mile circle, sleeping in caves and rock shelters along the way. He spent a great deal of time in SW CT. Fascinating person, yet much is still unknown about him.

These caves are a few miles away from me, but I never got around to going there. I regret that now for the land owner has banned all legal access to them.
