Their customer service is bad! It's the worst one ever!

Clear's customers services is so bad. They take me a lot of time and many phone calls to cancel a useless hot spot, every rep speak hard-to-understand English and they are just misleading and waste time. I hate to deal with them. They will have no future if they keep treat customers this way.

I echo your sentiment ... I will never ever go back to them. When I signed up at a KIOSK the man LIED to us about the service being month to month. I cancelled my service last month because I needed faster uploading speeds for work I was doing at home. After cancelling they told I was on a 2 year contract, to which I responded that I was not and never had a contract been mentioned. In fact the ONLY reason we signed up was because we were told there was no contract. After explaining this 3 different times and giving them the name Sean Sullivan and place Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA, they still refused to look into the matter and said I owed the early termination charges. I plan to report this to the BBB and am considering filing a suit. What a joke! I realize this is costing me more of my time, but businesses run on honesty and if they don't they should fail. In addition, until I get this solved I am getting about 4-5 robo calls a day even after I talk with folks, which I am pretty sure is illegal.

I haven't had to contact customer service so I can't really speak to how good or bad they are. I ordered my hotspot and activated it over the internet. I've never even spoken to a Clear employee.
