Re: 2%? I always laugh whenever I hear/read about how Comcast claims only 2% of their customers are affected by the caps. Their policy is to KICK-OFF customers that exceed the cap. Of course that number is low, since they just get rid of anyone above that. They should invite all of their banned customers back, remove the cap for a month, and then report their findings. I'm sure it'll be WAY more than 2%.
