Newark, OH | Trapped I'd love nothing more than to leave TWC over the bi-annual rate hikes, but it's setup in such a way that I'm screwed either way. If I cancel or cutback on my service (I'm already in the lowest bundle tier) then I get penalized by having to pay more for Internet service. Add in the cost of another TV service on top of a jacked up TWC Internet bill and then I'm either paying roughly the same or more vs just taking the 4% hike up the a-hole!
