| New Verizon rewards for loyal customers. Just got some info from Verizon on rewarding "loyal" customers.
You are considered a loyal customer if you have a triple play and are not in a contract.
1. Existing customers not on contract or within 60 days of their contract expiration will now be eligible for the same promotions previously offered to new customers only if you renew for a 2 year contract.
2. As a signing bonus you can also get your choice of a $300 Visa Prepaid card, or a multiroom dvr, showtime, or spanish language package, free for 1 year. |

Edit #2 : Tried to get the $300 prepaid visa card through online chat but no luck. The rep basically said we didn't qualify because we renewed on the 2nd and this offer just started today. (nov 6) |

| Doesn't seem to be available in NY. My triple play has been out of contract for several months and I don't see this offer when I log in or try to modify my existing bundle.

Be vary careful on renewal of 2 yr. You will be put into the current triple play price vs what you had before. Just my 2 cents. But the $300 is nice. |

Same here. I don't see that offer. What I do see is a choice of an extra 12-month discount for Showtime or Spanish channels. Nice, but not $300 worth. |

Rochester, NY | This $300 offer has been pretty standard procedure for NEW customers, not existing ones. Nothing in the original graphic suggested this was for existing customers, but rather for new ones just signing up.
Has anyone managed to secure this with existing service? I could see some customers talking their way into a new promotion with existing service, but this will be something new if Verizon is specifically targeting existing customers with this kind of promotion.
